Subscription Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices on the website of ST4RTup.tech (owner: Anpartsselskabet af 6.11.2025 ApS) are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Subject to sold-out items.

A subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless it has been cancelled beforehand.
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed or stated in the subscription terms, the subscription fee is charged in advance for the selected subscription period.

By entering into a subscription agreement, the user grants ST4RTup.tech permission to automatically charge the subscription fee to their payment card on a recurring basis.
If the user utilizes additional services or extended features, they also agree to pay separately for these.
Invoices for subscription renewals and/or additional services will be sent to the user’s provided email address.

Payment

We accept payments via Stripe. The payment will only be charged to your account once the item is delivered. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Products are delivered electronically via access through our website.

All subscriptions are personal and may not, under any circumstances, be shared or used by more than one individual. The rule is: one user = one subscription.

Team subscriptions, however, may be used by the number of members covered by the specific Team subscription. A member cannot be added and later removed for the purpose of replacing them with another individual. Once a member has been added, it counts as a used member seat for the duration of the subscription period.

ST4RTup.tech reserves the right to suspend or exclude any user or member who uses, or attempts to use, a subscription for multiple individuals.

Operational Stability and Liabilities

ST4RTup.tech strives to maintain the highest possible operational stability but is not liable for breakdowns or service disruptions, including those caused by factors beyond ST4RTup.tech’s control. This includes, but is not limited to, power outages, equipment failures, internet or telecommunications disruptions, or similar issues.

The application and service are provided “as is,” and ST4RTup.tech disclaims any warranties, guarantees, representations, or other terms, whether express or implied.

ST4RTup.tech’s subscriptions and the services included therein run for periods of 12 months and are prepaid. ST4RTup.tech reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify, including adding or reducing, the services provided through ST4RTup.tech (e.g., via the Access Deals section) during the subscription period.

If a subcontractor terminates their agreement with ST4RTup.tech, ST4RTup.tech cannot be held liable for any reduction in part or all of the services provided through ST4RTup.tech.

Regarding services provided through the Access Deals section, ST4RTup.tech cannot be held responsible for changes, including additions or reductions of included Deals. Each Deal is subject to its own terms and conditions. If a user, contrary to expectations, does not gain access to a particular Deal, ST4RTup.tech cannot be held liable.

Furthermore, ST4RTup.tech cannot be held responsible for any misleading descriptions in the Access Deals section if such descriptions are caused by content provided by a subcontractor.

In the event of a breakdown or disruption, ST4RTup.tech will aim to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
Planned maintenance will preferably be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM CET. If it becomes necessary to interrupt access outside of this window, users will be notified in advance whenever possible.

ST4RTup.tech relies on third-party services to deliver subscription-related services and is not liable for disruptions or breaches caused by factors beyond its control.

Support and Questions

All inquiries related to the Access Deals section must be submitted through the chat function within the Access Deals section. All other inquiries relating to additional services shall be directed to founders@st4rtup.tech.

Termination

Users may contact founders@st4rtup.tech at any time to delete their ST4RTup.tech account. This will also be considered a termination of any associated subscription(s).

If a user terminates or deletes their ST4RTup.tech account during an active subscription period, they are still obligated to pay for the service until the subscription period ends. The user’s obligations under this agreement remain in effect throughout the subscription term.

Subscription cancellations must be made via the application and no later than the day before a new subscription period begins.

If a user fails to make payment—e.g., due to insufficient funds—ST4RTup.tech reserves the right to suspend access to the subscription immediately upon detection of non-payment, until payment is received.

ST4RTup.tech reserves the right to terminate a subscription with one month’s notice.
In the event of bankruptcy or insolvency, ST4RTup.tech may terminate a user’s subscription without notice.

In the case of a material breach of these terms, ST4RTup.tech may terminate the subscription immediately and close the user’s ST4RTup.tech account.

Right of Withdrawal

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

  • Non-financial services that have begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.
  • Digital products that have been accessed (e.g., downloaded).

Rights

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

All rights to digital products belong to Anpartsselskabet af 6.11.2025 ApS. By purchasing, you obtain a license to use the product as specified. Your digital product is personal and may not be sold, forwarded, lent, gifted, or otherwise distributed, either privately or commercially. This applies to all content in our online products, downloads, live sessions, workshops, and courses.

Liability

Data is provided “as is,” and is received from CVR API and Anpartsselskabet af 6.11.2025 ApS assumes no responsibility for the content, origin, errors or omissions, or any form of damage that may result from the use of the data.
Anpartsselskabet af 6.11.2025 ApS does not guarantee the continued availability of the data and may change the usage rights and terms at any time.

Advertising-Protected Companies

Information about advertising-protected companies may not be used for marketing purposes. Such information may also not be used for other types of contact unless there is specific legal authority or the company has given its consent.

The above is in accordance with the provisions of the CVR Act, specifically §§ 19 and 22.

To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information:

  • Purchase details

We process your personal data to deliver the product and handle inquiries related to your purchase. Processing is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy, where you can read more about how your data is handled, when it is deleted, and your rights as a data subject.
